![]() As I stood watching the guys in the workshop I wondered how many people actually know how much goes into the manufacturing of the beautiful products they get at the end of the process. It all starts as ugly raw materials and ends up as braais, boat parts or hinges, locks or latches. So I grabbed my phone and took some pictures of Bruce at the milling machine, Beza doing some polishing and Chris busy welding and my thoughts went to ..."Man its all about smoke and ends looking like a mirror." Here is a picture of the emergency steering shaft being drilled before it goes to get welded and then polished before it goes off to the customer. And below is what all this amazing talent ends up producing for our boating clients.
