THE MASTER BRAAI ( BBQ)
The Master Braai, Full 304 grade stainless steel braai with solid rubber wheels and solid wood inlay in side tables
Offering a two fire bin combination with heavy duty barbeque grids made in 25 x 25 angle iron with 4 mm cross bars. The drawers are fitted with African Rosewood or African Mahogany handles
This BBQ unit offers an oven facility to keep food warm or bake bread while you are cooking the meat on the grids above.
Removable legs, and, on solid rubber wheels makes the unit usable as a built in braai unit or fully portable to where the party is on the patio or around the pool.....
Supplied with fire grids to stop the fire being made directly onto the base of the ash bins and preserve the ash bins.
The handle doubles up as a wooden side tray for keeping spices ( or the beer ) close at hand during the cooking.

CAN IT BE A BRAAI AND A FIREPLACE ?

on condition that you fit
a suitable internal fire grate
that can take the heat of a fire.
The fire grate fits inside your fire box or directly onto the concrete slab under your grid and has a spacing under it to allow for ventilation to make the fire burn properly. The grate is manufactured in 5 mm thick stainless steel flat bar and is fully welded together for additional strength.
If you want to order a stainless steel lifetime grate for your braai or fireplace you will have to provide us with the width between the legs of your braai or width of your braai area plus the depth of the unit and we will give you a quote to manufacture it for you. Components of a built in braai -
STEPS TO RECEIVE A QUOTATION FOR YOUR PUSH IN BRAAI FRAME AND ACCESSORIES:
1.) Measure the gaps where you want the braai frame to fit. we will require the width and depth plus height if there is and covering across the top.
2.) Decide what components you require to be included:
a.) The basic component is the frame which comprises a 25 mm x 25 mm angle iron frame that is in the shape of a "U" where the grid will rest on.
b.) The Fire Grate is suggested if you are going to use the unit as a fire place. This is where you will make the fire in to prevent and damage by the heat to the stainless steel trays. This also allows the fire to get ventilation under the fire.
c.) The fire tray is needed to catch the ash to make it easier to clean, due to it being removable.
3.) If the grid size is wider than 800 mm there are normally 2 options for the grid. 1 in a 10 mm surround frame with 6 mm centre support and 4 mm cross bars spaced at 15 mm intervals. The other option is a 25 x 25 angle iron grid with 6 mm centre support and 4 mm cross bars spaced at 15 mm intervals.
4.) All the components are finished in a shiny finish for easy maintenance and to make sure they last much longer.
