Have steak, ribs and a salad plus some different wraps...now what should we do with all this ?

We got a cut of beef, sliced it into steaks and then chopped it into cubes of about 30 mm x 30 mm.

We then cut up an onion and some mushrooms into similar sizes and added them to the skewer to form a 240 mm sosatie.

We also got some ribs and Beryl salted them and sprinkled some pepper to taste. We then brushed some olive oil over them and placed them onto the Convector Grill which we had fired up in direct mode but on the left hand side of the braai.

We wanted to keep the other side available to keep the cooked things warm and also to warm the pita and wraps when the meat was done.

We also salted and pepper dusted  the ribs lightly and and gave them a light coating of olive oil, and popped them onto the fire.

About 25 minutes later it was time for the bread parts to get a quick warm up and we were ready to eat...... and enjoy a nice cold beer and a glass of wine !
