For qualifying online purchases, you may notify us within seven calendar days of receiving your order if you wish to return it. Please return all supplied components, securely packaged; change-of-mind return costs are for your account. Qualifying refunds will be processed within 30 calendar days of cancellation. If goods are faulty, defective or incorrect, contact info@botany.co.za so we can arrange a suitable remedy. Qualifying defects reported within six months of delivery are eligible for repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, with return costs covered by us. Custom-made products are generally excluded from change-of-mind returns. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
