STANDARDS:

We currently meet SABS Quality and Safety standards applicable to our full range of products and have been awarded the CE & CB certification for our products. "CE" marking means that the product complies with European requirements for safety, health and customer protection. The rails are supplied in a shrink sealed robust container and are fitted internally with a shock resistant buffer material to guarantee that the goods reach their end destination in perfect condition. All Rails are supplied with the necessary installation guide and materials to complete the fitment. The installation guide also doubles as the warranty card which should be filled in and returned in order to commence the warranty.

CHECKS AND BALANCES: We have a full time quality inspection programme in our workshop and regularly conduct random inspection of work in progress to test the system. Our workshop is inspected  by the SABS and CE authorities to guarantee the commitment we make to quality and safety. All processes are monitored on a real time basis by an in factory barcoded process tracking system. Data is recorded and downloaded regularly to the central file server for processing and control and management purposes.

WARRANTY: All of our products carry a THREE YEAR manufacturing warranty. We also offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee where we say IF YOU ARE NOT 100% SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE YOU MAY RETURN IT, IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR A FULL REFUND.
